today i got my salary... 732 bucks only! the two and a half days i was away was consider 'no pay leave' kinda sucks for me cos i thought or rather hope that it's the annual leave... its really maddening!! if not for the money to cover back my savings... i'd have want to give them 2 weeks notice this coming monday...
been working for almost 6 months already.. and my savings still the same as when i was in secondary... even though i've cover back the money i've spent... now i'm back to square one... haizzzz.... never been good at saving money... need to exercise self control... anyways...i was like... so.. when am i entitle to annual leave... guess what...his reply was 9 months... what kind of freakin company don't give appointment letters, no medical benefits, no year end bonus, no cpf for the 1st 3 months, and no annual leave till 9 months of working at that irritating place... also have long lunch breaks...(eat and start work after that), as well as having to work 50 hours per week... wipe tables on weekends... and you know...apparently teachers are also not allow to talk to each other for we must set good examples to the students because we asked them not to talk! and so we shouldn't talk... and didn't discuss the 'company's policy' with you when you first started work... and only tell you the so call policy after you came back from holidays... they're like 'saturday nevermind (we don't cut your pay)... we'll give it to you...' crap... if i can... i'd throw the $25 at them!
