the other day... we were discussin about the salary, benefits and eveything... i then realise that i'm not going to have any leaves, or 13 month bonus and MC claims which i don't rather care about other than the leaves... initially, when i accepted the job... i don't want to give them the impression that i'm interested in money and benefits... which i thought that the job includes leaves and so on... the reason being... my job's a teacher... and further more... i 'thought' all jobs of this kind will have leaves... guess i was wrong...
but anyways, sharmini managed to ask for 14 days leave( 2 wks for june and another 2 wks for dec) she actually made them give it to her... i guess she deserves it for she's capable of doing things... for instance... she actually painted the walls which made the classrooms more livelier and attractive... which made mr lam rather happy about it...and i'm also being wow by her talent... and she's only 20... earns 2k+ per month... feeling inferior already... -_-'
