Okay, today is 16 June 2004, (as if the date provided isn't enough)Anyways, I went for my TP test this afternoon... and this time (which is my 3rd attempt... okay i know i'm stupid...) I finally pass... i guess my tester actually gave me chance... cuz i score quite badly arh... (18 pts) supposed to be 16 cus of all times, my car had to roll back at the slope... mind you, i never ever roll back lor... except at the beginning of my lessons arh... met two other girls who also pass, one is my age n the other a yr older...
the girl who is the same age as me, got the tester that i wanted... he was my first attempt's tester... a nice guy... actually consoled me when he sensed that i was nervous... then there's this girl who's a yr older, she came into the room and asked if my car was behind hers just now... cus her instructor actually gave my instructor a thumbs up... and asked my instructor if he wanted her no. then while waiting to do the u-turn... my instructor said later after she u-turn then see if she's pretty...
quite a nice guy... this instructor... quite fun to be with... too bad never gotten him before... but this time... i guess his comical ways actually helped me relax quite abit... ^_^
anyways, gotten car 55 this time... was kinda worried in the first place that the car would be difficult to handle, (last 2 times was quite easy...) but my worry was unnecessary... i did emergency brake first... (tester was Ong xx) but before i moved off, he already warned me on the e-brake thing... so i was somewhat mentally prepared... after that, i turned right into s course... quite smooth there, then turn right again... and then left to a vertical parking... parking was fine as well... and after that moved off to lot 27 and did the slope... there, my car roll back slightly and therefore gained 2 points immediately... this time directional change, did well, after that i did a right turn crank course... normally right turn is harder but i managed to do it this time... the last one was the parallel parking... before i do my parking, there was another test car who strike down the pole, that was what i did during my first time... this time my tester got out of the car and it was quite a relief for me... considering there's no one beside me... this was fine as well...
on the road was quite as successful though... gotten 2 points added due to delay in moving off, and also 2 points when i moved in wrong gear and insufficent acceleration... i didn't know that i failed to check blind spot though...but that i didn't got any points added cus we were given 2 chances... there were two times i failed to look out for traffic, one was i think when i started to move off, i didn't really see the motorbike coming, but for that it was a chance as well... but then when i was around the mrt junction there, there was two cars on my right who was turning left, but also a car following behind closely who was going straight... and then there was another car on the opposite left, who was going quite slow i guess, but still for my speed which is slow, i should have waited instead of movin off first... later the tester reprimanded me and said for his experience, he can move off fast, he's able to do it... and for me since i was quite slow and what happen if that car was moving at a fast speed, then what's goin to happen... and for that i was given another 4 points... and also cause inconvenience to cross traffic, which was 6 pts... there in total i gotten 18 pts in all... though i pass this time, it was quite badly... the tester gave me a chance.. and im thankful for that...
i was quite surprised that the two girls took 4 times to finally pass the test... cus they said normally, 3rd time sure pass... well...
